There is a language barrier as well as all the sort of treatment that we would normally provide chair side in our country and how well they put up with it. Yes, they’ve got problems, they’ve got issues with their "oral hygiene and a lot of them need a lot more treatment than we could provide but we have helped and they have put up with it so well.
